Turnkey Sporting Experience

Full service planning to execution for your next sporting experience with prospects and customers at 13 top MLB, NBA, and NHL venues, including the Cubs at Wrigley Field, Yankees at Yankee Stadium, and Rangers at Madison Square Garden. Choose a private suite, courtside, field level, or rinkside glass seats, or a signature experience that pairs a stadium tour, lunch buffet, and rooftop or club access with your seats. Includes:

• Venue + Ticket Sourcing (suite and premium seat research and procurement, presentation of findings, contracts, carry costs optional)
• Experience Design (stadium and arena tours, club and rooftop access, catering, run of show)
• Content + Flow (built with you or for you: event facilitation, speaker sourcing, talk track, activity flow, welcome and closing speeches, check-in desk, and more)
• Materials + Handling (research, presentation of findings, and carry costs available for executive gifts, printed menus, place cards, branded merchandise, signage, etc.)
• External Communications (email + calendar copy: invites, confirmations, reminders, know before you go, thank yous)
• Internal Communications (email + Slack/Teams + calendar copy: launch, guest list nominations, executive briefing, staffing, logistics, travel arrangements/accommodations)
• Documentation (activity brief, planning record, guest list tracker, weekly recurring planning meetings, and more)

Pricing: $10,000 covers the Ranch Hand management fee, flight, and hotel accommodation for 1-night stay if booked within 60-days of event date. Venue, tickets, food and beverage, signage, and swag are billed separately with a 15% carry convenience fee or directly at cost.
